Insight into the world of Schnierle Part 2

Today we introduce you to Hermann Schnierle GmbH in Gersthofen. This it the main headquarters of the Schnierle company with about 170 employees. This is where production, administration, development and tinkering, testing, assembly and sales take place.

On the pictures and videos we show you small excerpts from our:

sewing – our experienced staff sew high-quality seat und headrest covers

cutting – state-of-the-art cutter systems ensure the perfect cutting of the fabrics and the (artificial) leather

seat production – the final touches and checks before the product goes on sale

finishing – craftsmanship is required for the installation of our floors, seat legs and seating systems in the vehicles. Our installation training courses also take place here.

test facility – in our tensile test facility, our seats are put through their paces to ensure the highest safety standards

design/development department – the first sketches are created in our think tank. Innovations are the be-all and end-all here

sales rooms/show room with our products – the sales product
